I’ve been wanting to do this career since high school. But I had a busy schedule so I had to put it on hold. Once I finished high school, I started searching for cosmetology schools. Vogue College caught my attention. I made research on it and I liked it a lot. I immediately emailed the administrator for more information. Since that day everything has changed. This school is high in education and profession. Vogue College is such an amazing school. The teachers are well educated and professionals. Everyone here makes you feel like family. I thank Vogue College for helping me become better in what I love. Thank You So Much!!!

To become a stylist was only a thought in my mind, that was until I stepped foot in beauty school. That’s when I knew Vogue was the place that was going to take my thoughts into action and become real. They teach you how to become a professional person, awesome stylist, and teach you to be open minded to the new trends. My teachers have been so great to me and have never shut the door on learning a new skill every day. I’ve really learned the true meaning of TRY. All my mistakes at home and school have been turned into great learning experiences. Here at Vogue everyone encourages you to do your best and keep trying. To find out other solutions to the problem, techniques to get that curd to hold or frizzies to go down, nails to stay on or that perfect way to blend that eye shadow. I’ve been a lucky girl to have been a part of such a great team and blessed with the skills taught to me to go out into the work field and be the best I can be. With the support and encouragement of my family, friends and school I am proud to say I will be opening my own salon after I am done with school. I strive with the confidence I gained from being at school in hope to be a great salon owner and stylist. I wish the best to my classmates and to the future students of Vogue. Let’s celebrate our passion together and feel great about ourselves every day.

Donna Thomas | San Antonio, Texas Graduate
After a successful 30 year business career, I wanted to change the focus in my life to a less stressful existence. I had been having facials every 4 weeks for over 8 years and had always envied my esthetician’s job. After looking at 4 different schools in San Antonio, I chose Vogue as I felt I would get the most well-rounded education program, and I was right! My instructor, Mary, was awesome, very knowledgeable and always patient. I graduated in October 2008 and was hired by an Aveda salon 2 weeks after getting my esthetics license. I started my own business, Radiant Complexion, a year later.
In January 2014 I had the opportunity to come back to Vogue to enroll in the Instructor Program. After I completed the program I was able to immediately start working at Vogue as a support person until I got my Instructor License. I am happy to say that I am working at Vogue as an instructor and hope that I am able to inspire my students to excel as I was while I was in school. Enrolling in Vogue College was one of the best and happiest career moves I have ever made!
